“It comes down to the total compensation package – and that’s not just financial. It’s about the balance of wages, benefits, positivity amongst coworkers, culture, development opportunities and stability. AGLC also has a sound business model with a positive outlook.”
“It’s like a family! When needed your AGLC family gathers around and helps out. One of my co-workers had her home burn down in January and I was moved by how her AGLC family supported her and her family. All sorts of donations were collected.”
“We’re an employer whose revenue helps benefit Albertans and the communities where they live. You have pride as an employee knowing that AGLC helps funding for in-school and out of school programs, food banks or providing funding for hospitals, roads and schools.”
